Just stopped in at the MacDonald's in Cambridge MN and pulled up to the inside order board, there was nobody behind me or nobody at the outside order board. I was asked to wait a moment, like I had a choice, so I waited. As I was waiting a car pulled up to the outside order board and got their order taken within2 seconds, so I waited, and then another car pulled up to the outside order board and got their order taken, I believe had I not said something I would still be sitting at the drive thru. When I pulled up to pick up my food I was handed my large drink with the 3 ice cubes in it as well as tea dripping down all sides of the cups. so as I am cleaning up the cup the I was ask again to move up to WAIT some more, about 5 minutes more just to get my order with stone cold fries. It's like nobody gives a crap, where is the management at? Sadly at this store it is the norm. What a s**t show!
