TOOK 1 HR 40 MINUTES TO GET OUR FOOD. VERY VERY POOR BAR SERVICE. FOOD CAME AND COULDN'T EAT IT. SHRIMP WERE MUSHY, RICE COLD. 2 1/2 HOURS LATER WE FINALLY LEFT. WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN UNTIL MAJOR CHANGES TAKE PLACE. THE EIGHT OF US ARE TELLING EVERYONE ABOUT THE WORST EXPERIENCE WE'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED.. PS, WE HAD RESERVATIONS.

Very disappointing visit to a place we've loved for 30 years. Food was tasteless, cold and took much too long to arrive. We were there before 5:00 pm and while it was busy, it certainly was not crowded at all. The food all looked like it was precooked and sat too long. Took 30 minutes to get 1 beer so didn't bother to order another. Hostess was great-gracious and clearly trying to help wait staff. Hope for improvement but won't be back for a long time.

we were in your restaurant last night(Monday) for my birthday and I had the liver and onions that was really good. My husband had the sirloin steak which he ordered Medium and when he got it he couldn't hardly eat it. It wasn't done and I told him to send it back but he said that it had so much gristle in it he couldn't eat it. We took it home and I tried to fix it in smaller pieces and he still couldn't eat it. We are in our 80's, so we do not get out as often as we used to. We have always been so satisfied with your place, so we will not stop coming to your place when we get a chance, but we wanted you to be aware if you have any more of this cut of meat to check it out for a lot of gristle. Sorry for the complaint.
