absolutely horrible. I don't think I have had such nasty food. The meat was cold. All the food was not hot or even hardly warm. Every time I asked if they would be bringing out fresh they said yes but when they did I would go get more and it was the same things, cold and no flavor. Then we found a hair in the desert and told the owner and he said what can you do. We try for 99 % perfection but can't get everything right. I don't expect them to do everything correctly but at least comp us for the meal or part of it and do something about it. Don't make excuses especially when your the owner. Absolutely ridiculous and the worst service ever and horrible food. Would never go back even if someone paid me or bought me the food. Honestly I would give it a -10 on a 0 to 10 scale. My girlfriend told him that there was hair in the food and he just went off saying ya I had hair in my food the other day and tried telling her it was her hair when the hair was blonde and she has dark brown hair.
