My husband and I have eaten at your restaurant many times over the last 7 yrs since we have lived in Alex... BUT
On Oct 16,2009, we met some friends for supper... and as usually my husband ordered the HOT beef sandwich..as did I...
What a dissapointment... the plate was overflowing with..cool gravey that tasted like ..tallow and ..where's the BEEF??
Now I am sorry I did NOT complain, when asked.. How is everything?
Being 'retired' eating out, is usuallly a ''treat', but NOT this time... Please inform the staff.. to at least KEEP the food ..HOT...
p.s. our friends soup wasn't hot either...
