The service at Tokyo Grill was exceptional, and the sushi, especially the Volcano and Cowboy rolls, blew me away. I love their hibachi and the bento box options; every meal I've had there has been delicious and satisfying.

While the food was good, the service was lacking. When I say lacking, I use it very generously. First of all, we were not greeted what so ever, you'd think we'd get a simple "hello". Secondly, we saw our server texting behind the cash register upon multiple occasions. This is very unprofessional to say the least. Thirdly, our food was almost thrown at us, and we were served food without any silverware. The service was nowhere even near mediocre and we will definitely not be coming back. Absolutely no customer service at all.
