In AWE of this Place!!! It is tucked far into the puzzle of Beautiful Historic Buildings that Natchez has to offer. Once you start walking down the "alley" towards the front door of Breaud's you can't help but feel as though you have just stepped into that Feisty, Jazz filled, City of NEW ORLEANS, LA.
But wait!! you go into the restruant and you begin to think "hmm this is cute and snug and cozy" until the server ask would you like to dine in the court yard? Ohhh My Goodness. The Flaming Fountain, The Rustic Brick Walls, the Back Porch (as they call it) I was taken to Paris France in an instant. Southern Hospitality doesn't began to describe the attitudes of these servers. One especially by the name of Mandy. Her thick Southern Accent and the Bubbly personality will make you feel right at home.
We didn't know what to start with so we just went to picking and they went to accommodating!! From the Blacken Shrimp to the Ribeye to the Chowder. My family and I will be back. Again and Again!!

As I write this review I am still terribly upset with the service I recieved at this restaurant. While the food was decent the service was TERRIBLE!!! We were served by the manager who stated she was short staffed and that was the reason for the slow service. However, we recieved fast service from a nearby waitress. Because there were six people in our party the gratutiy was added into the bill. We requested to give our tip to the much more efficient waitress and were told that it was not possible and if we did not pay the tip the police would be called. Being that this was the manager providing terrible customer service we requested a number to contact the owner. We were then told by a lady claiming to be the owner s fiance that since she was sleeping with the owner calling him would serve no purpose. THE SERVICE AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS HORRIBLE!!! PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST!!! THE FOOD IS NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE, MONEY, OR TIME WASTED!!!

Me and my wife went to Breauds for a nice meal, I was wearing a long sleeve shirt and tie, my wife was also dressed up. I ordered the prime rib which was $35, but you cant put a price on good prime rib. Well the prime rib came and it was a gray color but i couldnt wait to eat it. I told my wife that it tasted funny so I asked the waitress if I could get a steak instead so she said sure. A couple of minutes went by and she came back and told me that the owner refused to cook me a steak, so I said ok and was just going to decide on what else to get, then the waitress came back with a to go plate and told my wife we needed to leave. So my wife was putting her uneaten food in the to go plate when the waitress so and I quote " he wants ya'll to leave right now!" So i asked her if I could talk to the owner and she said just leave he doesnt want to talk to you, now just leave!! I will never eat there again, if the owner gets upset because his prime rib was terrible then thats one thing, but to kick me out because I dont like what I got is just horrible.

My husband and I experienced Breaud's for the first time last night. What an awesome experience. The ribeye was excellent, the best my husband has had in years (in a restaurant). I had the grilled tuna, grilled to perfection. The atmosphere was perfect and the service was outstanding. It was our first time but it will not be our last. Breaud's shall definitely be a regular stop for us when we are in Natchez. Also, our server, AJ....he made our night so very perfect and we would like him to know it was our celebration dinner of 31 years of marriage. Thanks AJ for taking such good care of us.
