Ordered online and it said food was waiting on pickup rack. Went inside and they hadn't started on the food. Had to wait 30 minutes. What's the point in ordering online if you still have to wait that long. Employee was rude. One employee actually told a customer to shut up! Manager was extremely nice bit needs to get her kitchen in order.
