I don't usually do bad reviews but the bad service here can't be dismissed. I'm always hopeful yet understanding when choosing to eat fast food however, this experience was ridiculous to say the least. I don't pretend to know the situation but I must mention that when we pulled up to the window the kitchen staff, was what seemed to be, fighting. They were yelling curse words extremely loud and nonstop. I thought well as long as we get our food right but unfortunately we ordered a tea yet received root beer. When we mentioned this to the clerk she seemed annoyed but got the tea. The food we ordered required us to use a fork but again no fork was in the bag so I asked for fork. The clerk again seemed annoyed with me and ran to the back where she began to give out the customers behind me their food and not even acknowledging that all we asked for was a fork which should have already been in the bag. After about 15 minutes of us waiting for a fork she finally gave us one. I was very polite and nice but I guess that gets you no where at this facility.

I suppose I should start out with an apology for remembering how it was and assuming...
We have apparently gone from a "would you like cheese on that" to a is that all society where they assume EVERYONE wants cheese on whatever we oder without giving us a CHOICE...
I, enjoy cheese, most any kind it is.. love to explore flavors.. My wife does not like American cheese.....
I have a history of going to the window and ordering a HAMBURGER (and I stress the word HAMBURGER) and I assume it will be perceived as no cheese so,,,,....!!!!????my bad????!!!!😉
