Had a blast at this place! The burgers and fries were amazing - definitely a must-try if you're in Oxford. The interior is cozy, and the staff is super friendly. Loved checking out the cool wall frames and pictures while enjoying a delicious meal. Can't wait to go back for more!

This was the worst experience I've ever had at Oxford Bim Bam Burgers & Wings today. I ordered the Bim Bam Burger (MOST POPULAR) and the Grilled Chicken Burger. The Bim Bam Burger (MOST POPULAR) consisted solely of dry beef and bun. There are just four pieces of chicken in the grilled chicken burger, and there is no bun. So, when I got home and checked, I was like, "Seriously what the hell!" I always order from this place, whether for delivery or pickup, and I have never been disappointed. So, I called bim bam burger & wings in oxford and inquired as to why my order had been screwed up. I was transferred to the manager, who apologized for the chicken and explained that the burger had been screwed up by a new employee, but the most popular bim bam burger was really that was how it offered. Then I said, "OK, can you make a new order for me, and I'll return the screwed-up order?" She said that they could only remake the food I brought with me after I returned them. So, I said it is ok, no need to worry, just refund my money and I'll be on my way to return the food. Because I'm not going to eat the remade meal, I've already gotten it and have 10 minutes to drive home and return 10 minutes. Then she stated they do not refund money, but she could put me in touch with the owner. When I spoke with the owner, she stated that it was not their fault, and that the firm they employ for online orders (Chow Now) was responsible for refunding me. As I previously stated, I did not order the meals through the firm (Chow Now), which uses an online ordering system, I ordered food from Bim Bam Burgers & Wings in Oxford. She kept repeating that it was the online order company; well, it's fine; I'll return the food anyway and deal with the bank on how to refund my money. I arrived 10 minutes later to return the food, contacted the manager, gave her the meal, and asked if they could refund the money; she was on the phone with the owner at the time, and she said no. I nodded and walked away.
2 minutes later, the owner called me to say that they didn't say they couldn't return the money, but that the firm they employ for internet orders (Chow Now) must. I replied that I had already heard that excuse, and then she had the nerve to claim that I had spoken negatively with her employees. So, I told her that was a lazy threat and that I knew how to protect myself from being falsely accused, and I said goodbye and hung up the phone. I will never go to Bim Bam Burgers & Wings in Oxford or order online.
