The shrimp po'boy here stands out with plump, juicy shrimp fried to a perfect golden brown and served on a soft roll with flavorful remoulade sauce, making it some of the best Cajun-style food I've had outside of New Orleans. The casual, dive bar atmosphere adds to the authentic experience, filled with locals and good vibes, while the menu offers a variety of delicious options like catfish, gumbo, and fries at very reasonable prices. Service is friendly and efficient, and although it's cash only with limited seating, the consistently tasty food and welcoming environment keep me coming back time and again.
