Unprofessional is all I can really say. They break your equipment, then the owner isn't even professional enough to come discuss. Gets pretty scarred when confronted with an issue and sends his "bouncer" (if you can call her that) to be the "professional". I am sorry, but in a business type of situation an owner should not hide behind his security. This is shows a lack of character on his part. But he is very young and inexperienced. Maybe he will learn, but not on my bands time.
Sound person is not professional either. Has no idea how to actually run a sound board. He walked away from the board for over half of our set and managed to break an expensive piece of my equipment due to his lack of knowledge of simple miking techniques. Worst of all, they cannot draw a crowd on a Saturday night in a college town. They had a local on the bill with us (an out of town band) and still could not draw more than 10 people. We drove almost 70 miles for $40 and a piece of equipment that costs $50 was destroyed.
