Shanna gave a fantastic recommendation for a breakfast skillet that suited my tastes perfectly. During our journey back from Beaver Lake, we decided to grab a bite at a quaint diner. Feeling quite famished, we opted for items from the breakfast menu, including chicken fried chicken with biscuit and gravy and eggs, which turned out to be delicious. I inquired about their Hot beef sandwich to ensure it was freshly prepared, but we ultimately didn't order it. Despite the desserts not seeming homemade, the diner offered a decent selection of pies, cakes, and cheesecake. As a traveling salesman always on the lookout for quality local eateries, I felt compelled to share this gem of a diner with others. The food was satisfying overall, but the standout dish was undeniably the chimichanga plate - perfectly fried to a flaky crisp with generous portions, truly remarkable.
