Nancy I don't know where you ate but it certainly was NOT the Chuckwagon BBQ. Best BBQ and best service in MO.

I haven't personally ate there because I live all the way in California...but had to write a review on the type of service they provide.

My handsome boyfriend works out there and I wanted to do something special for him on his birthday and they were so kind of taking the order to his place of work on a day that they are normally off.

AWESOME....Kudos to the owner!

our first time trying chuck wagon bbq,and it was absolutley the best of the best,we called in a carry out order for 20 people,brisket,ham,and beans,i am telling you there were so many compliments on the whole meal,especially the brisket,tender,very,very lean.oh!and the beans were delicious,as was the ham.well as if that wasn't enough,my husband had gotten him and i some peach cobbler,WHOA! outstanding!you are the best we have ever had and we live in k.c.mo,so we know bbq,and you beat them ALL!!!!thanks,we come to shady grove rv park often and we will be seeing you often!!!!!!!we have an rv at shady grove rv campground,so we'll be seeing ya!!

i will never go there again. i waited too long for a cheap overpriced dinner. even though it was only 4:00 on sunday they were out of beans, silverware, & straws. the waitress seemed as if she had been on something and complained about working every time she came to the table.
she didn't get our order right and then told my brother what he ordered when it was incorrect.
we had no refills on drinks. we were never asked for more on the all you can eat and then when we did it took forever. not even a thank you when paying and leaving.

Great BBQ- would highly recommend! Parking lot always filled with cars! You won't regret stopping!

I've been to a few BBQ's, & I'll have to say that Chuck Wagon truly is "The Best I've Ever Had"

Compares Very High In Taste With The Big Names That Are Famous for great Bbq In KC Like Jack Stack, Gates, Arther Bryants, etc. etc.

Price is a bit high but worth the wait.
