This review is to counter Mary’s from May of 2019. Come on Mary, use your brain. You said they this was the first time EVER that they screwed up so you felt the need to get online and rate them 3 stars?

The vanilla custard is incredible! I LOVE it. The service is always friendly and helpful as well.

we ordered a hawaiian concrete and did not get banana or pineapple, also we ordered a deluxe hot fudge sunday it was supposed to have nuts, whipped cream and a cherry NOT THERE. we have been at this location many times and have not had this problem, I suggest to retrain all associates . thank you.

I give this place a 0rating absolutely NO stars! It made me choose a star to submit this.
I went in for my first experience here and my last.
Walked in 20mjn before closing (I did not know when they closed,according to yellow pages open 24hours. Found out that was wrong!)
Looking over the menu I found it pricey and before I could decide what I wanted I noticed NO ONE was wearing gloves! Why is this? Handling cash hopping on top of machines in flip flops next to lids and open food,handling food then not washing their hands. All three of these young ladies with hair past shoulder length not in a bun.
Wow hmmm what flavor should I order Mersa infection with a side of hair?
As I watch my friend get his order the girl has her finger in the cup of ice cream he ordered she hands it to him this way . He did not see this I wondered why he didn't complain on the spot.
When she pulls her fingers out of it she looks very confused at her gooey fingers then at us then back at her fingers then wipes her hands on her apron!! Walks off and vegans making some else's food with her finger in the cup!! Never did anyone seem concerned about the man handling of the product. Nor did anyone at any time wash or glove their hands . This is cross contamination at it's finest! As he began to chow into his order he found what he thought to be a finger nail (I thought it looked like a wood splinter), either way it was something that shouldn't be in food!
I did not order and went fleeing from the building! I will never recommend this place nor go there again! Very disgusted!
