To begin, the food has always been excellent. I usually order a side salad and can no longer get french
dressing. We had a fully punched loyalty card that the waitress forgot to discount until we brought it to
her attention the second time. The cards are no longer used to reward customer loyalty. The bathroom
floor around the toilet has been wet for the last several times we have been there. The tile are loose
and there is no way they get the floor clean.

I am from a party of six who showed up for the Tues night all you can eat ribs for $11.99. One member of our party called this afternoon to confirm it was still running & still $11.99. She was told yes. We were going to celebrate an early Mother's Day, as my husband & I are leaving to go back to MN. After we waited for a table & then got seated we started ordering. Then the waitress told us the price was higher. We asked to speak to a manager. We explained that we had called earlier that day & tried to tell her what we were told.
Then we tried to tell her that we had traveled 45 min
to get there, she said she couldn't do anything about it. She was very crabby & had a very BAD attitude. She didn't even want to listen to us. We are all very unhappy, with the lack of service we got. This was very, very BAD customer service. Whoever answers the phone, should know the correct information, or if they don't, they should get it, so this doesn't happen to anyone else.
