I recently moved marquand mo from fredericktown mo...used to the plentiful restaurants in town to the few and far between of the country life...I was worried about having run back fredericktown mo for nights out or in...we ordered our food not expecting the amazingly delicious and fresh food we received...so they not only have wine and beer but the very best freshest food I have ever ate ...I can't say enough about the house salad...the taste is amazing...I ate all of mine how could i not...the lettucelooked as those someonewent out picked it fresh cleaned it and cut it up minutes before my husbandpicked it up...the.my steak melted in my mouth...my grandson had a cheeseburger and fries...it was a huge cheeseburger and he ate all of it...this food is the best I have ever had...

Several of my family members were in the Marquand area doing some genealogy work. We stopped in for lunch. The special was brisket sandwich. It was delicious! I will definitely be going back.
