The order was wrong. No chicken for a 12 piece meal. No drink with a combo meal. No receipt given. We attempted to call the restaurant but no one answered the phone to multiple attempts. We had the entire rest of the meal out on the table, so my husband went back to get the chicken. The speaker at the ordering menu was broken, so there was a line and you had to wait to get to the window to order. Since no one would answer the phone they couldn’t have the mistake ready for us. They didn’t have the right drink to get my husband, they didn’t offer anything for royally screwing up the order, and the chicken that they fixed was not done all the way when we got at home. We had not so great experiences here before, but after this we will never return to this restaurant.
