The OWNER is very rude and lies about covid-19. I can't even order food from them anymore cause I feel like my food would be tampered with. That is the attitude I received from him. He definitely just lost a paying customer!

We moved to the area 6 months ago and have been attending this place about three to five times a week. Several times we had to get our tickets redone because they charged for things we did not get. We had a hard time getting drink refills every time we went!! Forget about desert they don't bring it when you ask nor do you get a to go box..the icing on the cake today was I asked for a manager because we brought guests with us to have a meeting there because it was more convenient than driving out of town. Of course as always no coffee no desert no to go box and zero check back on us at all,,however they did manage to bring us the ticket!! I asked to speak with manager the lady that went and got him was rude as hell when I asked then he came out and was extremely rude hateful starting slinging curse words - we left and will never ever be back and I plan to tell everyone to stay clear!!!! its the worse service of anywhere we have ever attended...

We have been going to this restaurant for years and continued after they opened under a new name.
Food is always adequate and staff of.
Yesterday we went in and ordered our meals. When the bill came it included 50 cents for gravy.
This was never added before.
When checking out I asked about the charge. The woman behind the counter went nasty. Talking in a loud voice about this amount is always charged and I have been getting by free and really owe them the money.
A simple question and we get this negative nasty loud reply.
We think we will be not going there any more.
Nasty people trump fair food every time.

The diner offered all you can eat buffet until 7:30 pm. We arrived at 7pm and the buffet was skimpy. We were not told that the buffet was "as is" until 7:15 or so which was after we already started eating. They did not warn us until after we were eating and drinks were ordered. They refused to make any more meat dishes. At 7:20 pm they yelled "last call" for buffet. We were a party of 4 adults and 2 children. When we asked for a partial comp on the ticket due to the lack of food on the buffet, the staff became hostile. I had them call the owner and the owner refused to comp because his waitstaff lied and told him they warned us that the buffet was "as is" when we arrived. They threatened to call the police and accused us of not being able to afford the bill. We paid the full bill to avoid having our children in the presence of foul language from the staff. The owner also called me several vulgar names over the phone which was highly unnecessary.

I didn't even want to give 1 star but I had to....Horrible service from a few of the waitresses. First incident, husband ordered eggs over-medium they came out with the whites still runny so he sent them back. The cook/owner was pissed because he ordered eggs from the menu instead of eating the nasty scrambeled eggs from the bar. Second incident, husband ordered a 3 piece chicken meal and it came out with 2 legs and 1 thigh and burnt. All other places know to at least give you 1 breast and 2 smaller pieces with a 3 pieces meal. When he asked the cook about it the cook got irate and told him he could give him 3 wings next time and there wasn't a thing he could do about it and then told him if he didn't leave he would call the police. When my husband called the owner the next day he was cussed out by him. What a horrible way to run a business.
