I went through the drive thru at 11:45 am and purchased 2-$5 fill up leg and thighs. It looked like it was over cooked or been sitting a long time maybe both. I don't always get food like this, most of the time it is pretty good.But today it was horrible.

The last time I ordered it took them 20 minutes to get my order to me. There were four other cars in the parking lot waiting for their order...it was ridiculous. Tonight I ordered the $10 six piece chicken extra crispy...it was not crispy, but extra greasy. The crust on the chicken was in the bottom of the bucket...it's like it slid off from the grease. Pacific KFC is the best...you need to send your people over there to learn how to cook the chicken.

The last 3 times I've ordered food at the Washington Mo. KFC they either didn't have what I wanted cooked or I could wait 15 minutes for my food. No thank you I'll go somewhere else that has food ready to go. Your loosing money at that store.
