If I could leave a negative star I would! Absolutely awful customer service, rude owner and despicable place. Refused service to my cousin just because it was inconvenient to serve the hearing impaired. I have heard nothing but negative things about this place and owner! BOYCOTT!!

Whoever is the owner of this establishment should be appalled and ashamed of how the person they have in charge is running their business the way they are!! I personally will make sure that my family and friends do not ever spend a dime in an establishment that has such arrogant snobbish and unprofessional management!! Horrible customer service and forcing a family to leave speaks volumes!! It's horrible that such a wonderful family reserved tables and was asked to leave just because they were gathering together to honor a deceased family member is outrageous and you should be ashamed!!!!

A friend was wanting to have a memorial dinner there and this place told the grieving son he could not have the dinner (after agreeing to it before hand) because "This is not a memorial facility, it's a restaurant."
Top marks for class, "Nothing Fancy." At least you lived up to your name.

The owner treats the customers like crap. A customer joined by loved ones to morn the passing of a loved one was kicked out of this location. The customers had made reservations and paid for their services only being asked to leave, and not refunded the money that was already paid. That is really sad to see this type of AMERICAN RESTAURANT act like this towards customers. Boycott this facility of hatred.
