We weren't too thrilled with the outdoor setup - had to sit outside as it was full inside, but hey, don't judge too quickly, right? The food turned things around - all 5 of us ordered different dishes and they were all surprisingly delicious, like real home-cooked comfort food. I rarely give 5 stars, but this place earned it; the friendly staff and homemade dishes won us over. And hey, they even give you homemade candy with the check - it's those little touches that make it special.
