If this is the same Tim and Pat from Red Steer Restaurant, their French dip sandwich is a local favorite. Back in the early 90s, I worked at their Merced location before moving to Sacramento, and their French dip has yet to be matched. While visiting Turlock recently, I was disappointed to find their Golden State location burned down, but I'm looking forward to their new spot opening soon. Keep up the good work, Tim and Pat! ~G.
