I felt genuine empathy for the overwhelmed server as he single-handedly managed all front-of-house responsibilities. Despite clarifying that his duties did not include back-of-house or bussing tables, he impressively maintained his composure amidst the chaos. The experience highlighted the importance of savoring the moment, enjoying the company, ambiance, and eventually the delectable meal, even if it meant a prolonged wait.
