We have off and on gone to this restaurant for about three years at least once to twice a month for a while. The customer service is absolutely terrible nonexistent but we have dealt with it since there’s very few restaurants here. This last time after having several days of health conditions where I could not eat. I took my family here to celebrate my first solid meal, only to be told to sit and watch them eat the buffet because I wanted to order off the menu. Their explanation for this was they had too many takeout orders. If I wanted to order to takeout take home to eat later they could do that. I have never been so offended or insult in my life, and I will never return to this restaurant. When trying to talk to anybody at this restaurant, they just ignore you and walk away. No Customer Sevice no Management and the food is so so. When I tried to say anything to them they pretended to either not care or understand. Horrid place and people, cruel.

Great food. Wide variety all you can eat menu. Super great prices. A definite must if visiting Libby.
