I agree with all the reviews that I have read about Cine Express. I can't believe this place has the nerve 2 put them next 2 their address and pic. of their resto. front window! Don't they realize they have no good reviews. I also used 2 frequent Cine Express in the 2000s a lot & was always satisfied with the cozy, atmosphere of the place its spaciousness. Also the food was very reasonably priced & delicious. And the service was excellent. Then the last time I was there the place not only liked run down & the menu had changed unfortunately but it also took us well over an hr. & a half 2 get a Martini. It wasn't very busy either & I was sitting with a friend outside not he terrace & the rude waitress just plain forgot about us. I had 2 remind her twice. My friend was visiting from somewhere else & ended up missing meeting up with other friends because of that - never again!
