The newly renovated- Le Wok n Run will continue to offer our west island friends a comfortable seating for about 18 people inside, free delivery and take out. Great atmosphere. New management. Great quality food

I normally don't write review for restaurants, but this little one deserves to be known by more people! I discovered this hidden gem in town today! Didn't expect such a good Chinese restaurant near a gas station. Don't get fooled by the setting :P
As I walked in, I was immediately greeted warmly by the owner. She is a lovely lady - great smile and very attentive. The restaurant is although small, but I could smell the yummy food from the kitchen.
As a Chinese myself, I don't normally eat at a Chinese restaurant but since I always pass by this restaurant, I decided to give it a shot. I am glad that I did.
Ordered the Salt & Pepper Fried Chicken Wing and the Singapore Beef, along with a fried noodle. I saw many people ordering fried noodle, so I wanted to see what the fuss is all about. OH.MY.GOD. This is the best Chinese food I've ever tasted in MONTREAL! The chicken wing was so fresh. It's not re-fried and not greasy. It's SUPER crispy! It's not like soggy or plain like other Chinese restaurants.
I asked the owner how they made it so yummy and crispy, she said the chicken wings would be marinated overnight so the wings really absorb the flavour. They never leave the wings overnight and are fried immediately only when ordered so there are no leftovers. Super fresh!
Then the fried noodle is unlike what other restaurants do. The other fried noodles are normally deep fried but this is REAL fried noodle with soy sauce. It's a taste of home! Taste like what I've tried in Hong Kong last summer. You will never find another restaurant like this in Montreal. I guarantee you.
