My husband & I reurned to The Rio and are never disappointed in anything we order. Our favorite however, are the RIBS. We went with some friends on the weekend, was very very busy, We were very surprised how quickly we were served and how efficient this restaurant is. We ordered on the menu, the shrimp papilion dish........it was great!!! The Rio makes the best homemade salad dressing! Try the Thai Dressing (outstanding. Mitch & Ellen & Melanie (waitress) are simply the best as is The Rio, comfortable place that never disappoints. We will return. Bravo Excellent
