The restaurant was bustling on a Monday night, yet we were seated quickly and enjoyed a variety of flavorful dishes including a delicious pho with tender flank and slippery noodles, as well as well-fried spring rolls and a grilled pork chop bun. Despite a few minor drawbacks like limited pho toppings and slightly over-grilled pork, the friendly staff, efficient service, and authentic Vietnamese flavors made the meal satisfying and memorable.
