The poutine at Bijou in the Montreal Airport Marriott Hotel was delicious, featuring a generous portion of beef, fries, and cheese curds. I paired it with a Canadian Moolsen, a blonde lager that complemented the meal perfectly. The restaurant's modern setting, live music, and attentive service make it a great dining choice for travelers staying at the hotel.
