I had the braised beef broth and was initially doubtful since it was in a food court, but watching the staff make fresh pasta for my soup was impressive. The bowl was packed with flavor, and the Chicken Ramen with crushed peanuts enhanced the broth significantly. Although the side dish left much to be desired, the hand-pulled noodles and quick service made for an enjoyable meal that exceeded my expectations.
