I was on the hunt for a BYOW restaurant to celebrate my mom's birthday and remembered her mentioning Restaurant Wellington in Verdun. The atmosphere was relaxed, and I enjoyed the beef tartare and the Quebec pork belly, both dishes were executed beautifully. We left feeling satisfied and happy, especially since my mom had a great time-mission accomplished!
