The restaurant offers a variety of perfectly cooked meats, with the brisket being particularly standout for its melt-in-your-mouth texture and the beef ribs easily falling off the bone. While the in-house BBQ sauce adds a nice touch, more options for dips like hot sauce or a creamy alternative would enhance the dining experience. The portion sizes for sides like mac and cheese could be larger, and a creamier coleslaw option would be a welcome addition to complement the excellent baked beans.
