With an extensive variety ranging from baked goods and desserts to specialty items like smoked salmon and foie gras, this bakery offers a true taste of local Quebec products. The almond and cheese croissants are exceptional, the breads and pastries consistently fresh and flavorful, though the sandwiches and coffee could use some improvement to match the bakery's overall quality.

They offer a wide selection of baked goods, desserts, and specialty items like smoked salmon and foie gras, all sourced locally from Quebec. I found myself spending quite some time browsing the store and indulging in a variety of delicious treats. While the coffees were just average, the experience of exploring the store early in the morning and enjoying the delectable offerings made it all worthwhile.
