Been ordering from FOX'S forever. Got a pizza delivered tonight that looked yellow from FOX'S Cheat Lake. Couldn't figure out what was wrong until I bit into it....hardly any sauce on it at all. Now, Fox's offers a "guaranteed satisfaction" and prides itself on and heralds "award-winning sauce." Wife called in to complain and spoke with "Jake"who said he was the manager. When she told him there was hardly any sauce on the pizza he said they were in a hurry when they made it but could not offer us a free replacement pizza because "of a little sauce." I beg to differ. I believe they were running low on sauce as this was the driest, nastiest yellow-looking pizza ever and topped VERY heavy with grated Parmesan (my guess is to hide the lack of sauce). Won't make that mistake again. After a lifetime of ordering from FOX'S at least on a once-per-week basis, this company just lost one of its most loyal customers. Bye bye FOX's....never again. Hope the price of one lousy pizza was worth losing a lifetime customer.
