My experience today was a REPEATED time of NEGLECT, just like other times...PLUS bad customer service!! Always on my sandwiches, I order them to have mayonnaise on the TOPS AND BOTTOMS of the buns! BUT, REGARDLESS of my efforts, I rarely get it that way! Today, I ordered from the drive through, asking for my special order, and when I drove to the window to pay, I asked about it again. The lady confirmed that the guy who took my order had told them to make the 2 Whoppers with the mayonnaise on both the top and bottom buns. After receiving the bag of food, I checked the sandwiches while STILL sitting at the window. Lo, and behold, NO MAYO ON THE BOTTOM!! So, I showed it to them, and was upset with the guy who had taken my order. He said HE WOULD NEED ME TO GIVE BACK THE SANDWICHES, so they could make me the sandwiches correctly. I said I was going to keep them, and they had to make me the correct ones, and they were wasting MY TIME! I said that they were just going to THROW THEM AWAY! And he said that he couldn't give me food that I hadn't paid for!! BUT, BURGER KING HAS THE POLICY TO THROW FRESH FOOD AWAY, AND NOT JUST OFFER IT TO THE CUSTOMER THAT TRIES TO CHECK AND RECHECK THE ORDER AND NOT ONLY THAT, TO HAVE ALREADY WAITED FOR THE ORDER!! THAT IS ABSOLUTELY STUPID!! (So, I said that I wanted the mayonnaise packets instead.) Listen, ya'll, I come from Colorado, where the Burger King's THERE try to FOLLOW the Burger King motto of "HAVE IT YOUR WAY," and whenever they got the order wrong, THEY WOULD LET YOU HAVE THE INCORRECTLY made sandwiches, PLUS FREQUENTLY OFFERED SOMETHING EXTRA to try to make up for the mistake!! AND MY COMPLAINT FOR TODAY DOESN'T END YET, OH NO!! GUESS WHAT? The order taker guy said something very RUDE out of the drive through window at me.....I had just told him how this SAME thing has happened ALOT before, SOOOOOOO, he thought it was "OKAY" to just tell me to "Stop coming back!!!" UNBELIEVABLE!! (I am not a prejudice person, but I want to describe who this order taker is, just so that the manager of this Burger King can reprimand him. He is a young black guy, who wears his hair in short braids.) REALLY??? THIS Burger King would rather make your sandwich order WRONG, then throw it AWAY, and make you wait all over again, PLUS TELL YOU that if THEY cannot make your sandwiches correctly, that YOU SHOULD NOT COME BACK????????
