ORGANICALLY GROWN/FULLY-WASHED/NIPPY ACIDITY/FRENCH ROAST TYPICA AND CASTILLO BEANS It is our belief here at La Catrina Coffee that the fine arts are an important part of the educational system. The recent Covid-19 pandemic has made it more difficult than ever for children to have access to music education, so La Catrina Coffee is on a mission to help support those children out there with “big dreams” who may not have the financial support to pay for music lessons, instruments, or other related necessities. To help foster the love of music in children, $1.00 from every bag sold of Viva La Música coffee, La Santa Rosa (Viva La Música Volume I) and La Luz de Colombia (Viva La Música Volume II) will go to help support various avenues of music education. Named “The Light of Columbia” La Luz de Colombia begins with Typica and Castillo beans grown in the Santa Marta Mountains of Colombia. The beans are organic and fully washed. Producing organic coffee means that the coffee farmers are committed to healing the land and people where the coffee comes from. It is a delightful French Roast that is perfect any time of day. No matter how you like to brew your coffee, it will create a healthy cup filled with incredibly rich flavors of caramel and Swiss chocolate.
