ORGANICALLY GROWN/FULLY-WASHED/LIGHT ACIDITY/DARK ROAST Café Don Lupe has a special place in our hearts. It is named after a La Catrina family member whose life was lost to Covid-19. Like so many families around the world that have lost loved ones this past year our family has suffered the loss of someone whose absence is felt on a daily basis. In the traditional spirit of La Catrina and the remembrance of loved ones that have gone before us, we have dedicated this roast to his memory and the memory of the millions of lives that have been affected by Covid-19. It is organically grown, washed and roasted to a dark perfection. The aroma of roasted almond and dark chocolate will draw you in, and the flavors of toasted almond, malt, and raisin will keep you wanting more. This coffee has a light acidity that pairs perfectly with its light medium body. Café Don Lupe is the perfect choice, day or night!
