Carne guisada and tortillas are absolutely delicious, making every visit to Abilene worthwhile. During my recent trip for the Little League Championship, I was so impressed that I returned the next day to sample more from the menu. The breakfast burritos are big, fluffy, and reminiscent of South Texas traditions, while the agua frescas are irresistibly rich in fruit flavors.
