I recently tried the Beachcomber food truck at Walnut Wednesday and was impressed by their tropical-inspired menu. The ahi tuna salad I ordered was delicious, with well-prepared tuna and a bright ginger citrus soy dressing. Despite the slightly higher price tag, I found the food to be tasty and worth the cost. I look forward to trying more of their offerings in the future.
