Driving past the Chevron on a chilly evening, I couldn't resist the allure of the bustling food truck tucked away in the corner. The aroma of sizzling meats and fresh herbs wafted through the air, drawing me closer. Despite the limited seating under a makeshift tent, the warmth of the flavorful burrito and zesty campechanos made it a cozy dining experience worth returning to.
