Placed an online order at 3:51pm
Was told order pickup time was 4:15 to 4:20
I arrived at 4:20 at drive up window they told me to park and they would bring out to me
A young man came out with someone else's order 10 minutes and asked me what I had ordered and told him
I waited until 4:45 and went inside and they said they couldn't find the order
The order was made while I stood there I walked out at 5:00 pm
I learned a valuable lesson never order on line and go to the drive thru I would have been back home with my food a Half an hour earlier
Thx for the sandwiches they were good and the poor service
