During my visit to Florence, Alabama, I enjoyed a variety of dishes including Panang Curry, sushi rolls, and appetizers like pot stickers and spring rolls. The service was consistently attentive and friendly, with a trendy and welcoming atmosphere that felt like it belonged in a larger city. While some dishes exceeded expectations, such as the fried catfish and wasabi crusted filet mignon, others were less impressive, but overall the experience was very satisfying.
