Today I revisited a beloved eatery from my past, located along my route back to Atlanta from a visit to my hometown in the Dothan area. Hartz Chicken was a frequent stop for my family and me during my college years at Auburn University, offering delicious home-cooked meals and warm, friendly service. The quality of their chicken remains consistent, serving up comforting country-style dishes that bring back fond memories.
