I've eaten at this establishment at least 20 time over the past ten years. My last two visits which were within the last month. The service staff has changed severely and I've heard the one of the chefs has left. This place went from what I considered to be the best fine dining with exceptional service and my favorite place to eat, to a place I probably not return to. I could hear Paul, the owner, berating the service staff from my table. It visibly affected my waiter because she seemed flustered from that point on. I also went to the bar after dinner to have a drink and notices the owner and the chef getting drunk and being very loud and rude, which was totally off putting.
