Terrible burned food

Arrived for dinner early to beat the crowd. Place was nearly empty at 4:30 PM. Hostess seated us right away, but we were moved to a table in the bar area a few minutes later. Waited for at least 15 minutes with no acknowledgement of our presence. Finally got up and left, with a verbal blast at the hostess on our way out. This is the second (and last) time that we have been treated like this at Longhorn. Steaks are better at Texas Road House anyway.

We had the worst service of our combined 160 of living at Longhorns. It took 30 minutes to bring the bread to us after two requests and 45 minutes to bring our salads and the waitress screwed up our entrí©e orders so we never received our meal because the kitchen had closed and it took the waitress 30 minutes to bring our check and the manager was not helpful. The people next to us had lousy service too. We will never go to Longhorns again!
