My family and myself, we’re seated at a 6 top table with only 4 people. We haven’t even received our food at this point. The manager, Renee, came to our table to tell us that we had a hour left to eat. She said we had distributed her kitchen, she needed the table for a reservation. We asked her why we were seated at the table with only four people. She told us we lied, since we were waiting on a fourth person. We told our waitress prior, we would order for this person, since she was on the way from church. Once our food came, we boxed it up because we felt so uncomfortable. We spent over 300 dollars and our food was undercooked.
After dinner, we asked to speak to Renne again. She justified her decision to bully us out of the restaurant. She never apologize. She told us that reservations were more important than walk-ins. I thought all paying customers were important. I don’t believe my family sitting at a 6 top table, “messed up the flow of the restaurant”. All I wanted was an apology, because I’ve never been to a fine dining restaurant and told to hurry when our food hadn’t arrived. I’ve been going to Langnippe for 10 plus years. Renee, if you read this. I will not be back and I hope more people become aware of how terrible you are as a manger. Maybe retire.
