I had some food catered by Parkers Foodland on 10/22/16 the cornbread was black, flat, as if it was fried in old grease,the chicken was black as if it were fried in the same old grease, bland, just plain awful, I give it a one because the other food was OK at best not great at all,they had the food so wrapped up you cant see it,if I was able to look at the food before making the purchase, I would of left it at the deli. The manager should inspect the food before sending out a product and make sure staff is presenting quality food. Never will I order from Parker Foodland again, if only I can upload the picture I took of the food youll be shock to see how they cook AWFUL!!!!!
