Horrible experience today! My husband ordered chili burger, received cheese burger. Told waitress of error, and he is allergic to cheese would not have ordered cheese, we were told for additional costs the order would be corrected. Not even our mistake!! We have eaten here one to two times a week and have never ever had this bad service! All we wanted was the order corrected, not our money back! Needless to say we will no longer eat here nor will I take clients NOR will they continue to be listed on our guests local places to visit! What has happened to customer service?
