The rating would not allow me to choose no starts. I will not eat at Captain D's again based upon the quality of my dinner I received last night. I ordered grilled fish that had one side. I chose Brocolli. I told the person that checked me out that I was on a restricted diet and did not want rice. When I received my meal: The fish was on top of rice and there was bread on the plate also. I'm not one to waste food and was first very agravatted that I was to have to throw away the rice & bread (you know those starving children and all). The person that checked me out was in such a hurry that i guess it did not register that I told her I ONLY wanted the fish & brocolli. Then onto the meal, the fish was such a small sliver of an amount- I would have gotten twice as much if I had just gone into the local grocery store and bought a can of tuna. The brocolli was cold and limp. It had been prepared a while. I think I told at least 4 people after my meal how disappointing Captain D's was for a meal. If I wanted "junk" I would have gone to the Krystals next door.
I also should mention, I was handed a buzzer thing to alert me to when my meal was ready. That is a great plan except the buzzer was filthy, how often do you people santize those things? I know the Phenix City place does not appear to have ever cleaned theirs, then I'm expected to eat my meal after handling filth.
