I really enjoy eating at Sam & Lee's! The Mongolian beef is delicious and the Fresh Kimchee is amazing. The service is friendly and the portions are generous.

I ordered fish & chips for $27 and it wasn't worth this price. i was expecting "FRESH" fried fish & chips. I got two pieces of fish with French fries, 4 pieces of shrimp, garlic bread and they look like they were made 5 hours ago when I asked for "Fresh". Two pieces of fish were burned!!! Really ? Would you put that in a $27 plate ? Bad experience and I will not order from you again.

Sam and Lee's is my fave in Barrow. Great food and the hostess say's "Thank you" all the time.
The actual restaurant is grubby and dirty, so I suggest ordering out, a tradition in Barrow. Never, ever look in the kitchen
I feel sorry for the goldfish in the upstairs!
